Privacy policy

Liven Pty Ltd operates Nomni Partner, the standalone portal and iOS app used by approved Partner organisations and their authorised team members. This policy explains how that service handles personal information. It does not describe the separate Nomni Hub product.

Information we collect

  • Identity and contact information: name, work email, mobile number, role, organisation membership and verification status.
  • Organisation information: business name, ABN, address, website, team membership and Partner programme settings.
  • Commission and commercial information: attributed venues, gross-profit inputs, statement amounts, quote content and approval history. The app does not collect consumer card details.
  • Communications and content: messages, replies, acknowledgements, registration requests and files you choose to submit through an available feature.
  • Device and technical information: push-notification token, app version, product interactions, crash data and limited diagnostics used to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we collect and use it

We collect information from you, from an authorised Partner or Nomni administrator who invites or manages you, and from the service while you use it. We use it to verify access, enforce organisation-scoped permissions, show and confirm statements, provide Partner tools, deliver operational messages and notifications, investigate errors, prevent misuse, and meet legal and audit obligations.

Service providers and overseas processing

Nomni Partner uses specialist providers only to operate the service: Descope for identity, verification and role authority; the isolated Nomni Partner Supabase project for database and file services; Vercel for web hosting; Expo and Apple for the iOS app and push delivery; Resend for non-authentication service email; Sentry for scrubbed error diagnostics; PostHog for product analytics; and Statsig for feature delivery controls. These providers may process information in Australia, the United States and other regions in which their contracted infrastructure operates. We require providers to protect information consistently with their contracts and applicable law.

We do not sell personal information, run third-party advertising, or use your information for cross-app advertising tracking.

Retention, security and your choices

We keep information while your access or Partner relationship is active and for as long as reasonably needed for security, dispute, financial, contractual and legal records. When it is no longer required, we delete it or de-identify it. Some permission, statement and audit records may need to remain as an accountable history even after access is removed.

We use access controls, tenant boundaries, encryption provided by our platforms, audit records and least-privilege service credentials. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please report any suspected issue promptly and never send a one-time code to support.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, withdraw optional permissions such as notifications in iOS Settings, or make a privacy complaint. We will verify your identity, review the request and explain any legal or contractual record we must retain.

Contact

Email the Nomni Partner privacy contact at grace@nomni.ai. If a privacy complaint is not resolved, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

We may update this policy when the service or its providers change. The current version and update date will remain available here.
